At JannahBox, we strive to provide high-quality personalized products. Due to their unique nature, personalized products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
2. Exceptions
We do our best to customize your gift boxes according to your specifications. However, if you receive a product with a personalization error that does not match the information you provided, you are eligible for a return or a refund. Please make sure to carefully review all personalization details before confirming your order.
3. Return Procedure
If you have received a product containing a personalization error, please follow the steps below to initiate a return or refund:

After receiving your request, you have 48 hours to submit your claim. We will review your case and get back to you within 5 business days to inform you of the next steps. If your request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the product or proceeding with the refund.
