We offer an exceptional personalization service with a production time of between 1 and 7 business days. Please note that during periods of high demand, the time may be extended up to 10 days.
The delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen:
- With Colissimo , the delivery time is usually 3 to 5 working days.
- With Mondial Relay , the delivery time is usually 3 to 7 days.
To this must be added the production time for personalized products.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, logistical conditions and periods of high demand.
We make every effort to ensure fast and reliable delivery of your personalized items.
To preserve the quality of your personalized items, we recommend washing them by hand or machine at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius , preferably with items of the same color. To keep the flocking in perfect condition, ironing on the reverse side is advised.

Once your package has left our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number from our carrier so you can track your package.
